In addition to your onsite wedding director, an appropriately trained coordination staff will be present to ensure the efficient management of your event. This includes a coordinator to assist the bride, groom and wedding party with pre-ceremony "getting ready" needs as well as a team to manage the flow of the ceremony site and an additional team to setup and manage installation of the reception venue.

Your final planning and management fee will be dependent on individual factors such as event complexity, size of wedding party, number of guests, location (local or out-of-state*) and the duration of planning time available from contract signing to actual event./

*Please note: Non-destination weddings that take place in states other than Maryland will incur a minimum planning fee of $12,000 (excluding travel and lodging costs for the Consultant and staff)
