Looking to add elegance, style and that special "aha" to your ceremony or reception location?
Our EVENTscape Design Service is the definitive way to make it happen! Creative Director
Linnyette Richardson-Hall, renowned for her attention to detail and artistic design insight will
personally visit your selected site(s) and in concert with you, develop an extraordinary look for
your locale. Using lighting, linens, various rentals and other tools - the final design is a
reflection of the tone and atmosphere you desire for this special occasion....
Beginning at $2500
(Basic event installation is included in this service)
EVENTscape is automatically included with the Premiere Platinum Elite service tier.
For our Premiere Gold clients, assistance with basic, overall design and decor elements are a
part of your service, however, EVENTscape is considered an premium "enhancement" feature
and is NOT included in the Gold tier.
Items such as rentals, linens, florals, lighting or other structural decor are not included in the
price of this service. They must be secured or booked independently with the appropriate
vendor or company.
Chair Cover or Specialty Chair Installation
The following rates apply for this service:
Premiere Platinum Elite: Complimentary installation of chairs/covers
Premiere Gold: Complimentary installation of up to 100 chairs (additional costs apply over this amount)
Additional costs:
101 - 200 covers/chairs: $1.00 each
201 - 300 covers/chairs: $2.00 each
301 - 400 covers/chairs: $3.00 each
401 - above: $4.00 each
Client is responsible for ensuring that the chairs/covers are delivered to the appropriate
venue/site in ample enough time for the setup crew to perform the installation adequately.
Client must also arrange for the return of the chairs/covers to the appropriate vendor/company.
These same rates apply for the installation and setup of Chivari or other specialty event chairs.
Rehearsal Dinner Planning & Coordination
Need assistance with pulling together a memorable rehearsal event? We work with you in
finding the right location, menu and little touches to make this pre-wedding get together fun,
relaxing and enjoyable for everyone! One hour of onsite management is included.

Wedding Works© Errand Service
Includes pick-up and drop off for items such as wedding party gifts, guest bags @ hotel sites,
return of tuxedos, bouquets & gowns (for preservation) or the return of small rental items (cake
plates/stands or fountains).
$125 per hour (2 hour minimum)
Welcome Packages/Gift Bags
A warm, wonderful way to welcome your out of town guests - we’ll include maps, snacks,
trinkets, tickets, directions - anything that will make their stay a pleasant one!
Starting at $10.00 per bag (does not include materials)
Honeymoon Suite Decor
Allow us to create a wonderful retreat for you to celebrate your first night together - from
romantic candlelight to special treats and amenities, our Honeymoon Suite Decor Service is the
crowing touch to a perfect day!

Table Number Frames:

Candy Buffet Display

Rentals require an additional $100 deposit which is refunded after the event if all items are
returned in their original condition.
Restroom Amenity Baskets:
$50 per basket
Let us provide those little, important extras to ensure the comfort of you - and your guests on this
special day. The baskets can be used at your ceremony and/or reception site (client choice) and
will include gender specific items. Personalized hand towels are available at an additional
charge. Cost includes all items, containers, setup & signage.
